Oyesola Oworu
Managing Director
Oyesola holds a B.Sc. in Geography and Planning obtained from the University of Ibadan in 2001. He completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at National Open University of Nigeria in 2016. He also completed a M.Sc. in Environmental Resource Planning at University of Abuja in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) with focus on Strategic Management at Atlantic International University. He also has numerous other business-related courses and awards.
Oyesola has obtained over 20 years of experience in the field of business. He is currently the GMD of DAS Group of Company. He possesses a number of accomplishments in the highest standard of individualized and excellent leadership, in partnership with the multidisciplinary team, demonstrating success while ensuring compliance within all relevant policies and regulations.

Adenike Fashedemi
Managing Director
Adenike holds a BSc degree in Law with honours obtained from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2002 and completed
Barrister at Law in Nigerian Law School, Abuja in 2004. She completed her Masters in Law (LLM) in Energy Law and Policy, Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy at University of Dundee in Scotland, in 2011. She has various trainings and certificates on business and legal related courses.
Adenike has been a Legal Officer for more than 10 years. She is currently working as a Legal Officer in Stepwise Advocates and Solicitors. She provides legal advice to her clients, reviews legal documentation and evidence and takes part in legal mediations and court proceedings.

Bukola Oworu
Nominated Individual
Bukola completed Barrister at Law course at Nigerian Law School in 2004. She is currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution at National Open University of Nigeria. In January 2022, she started studying MSc International Business and Human Resource Management at Ulster University Birmingham. She has also completed various trainings in human resource management, relationship management and comprehensive marketing.
Bukola has 7 years’ experience as Executive Director Admin/HR at DAS Group. As part of her role she has been liaising with the managing director to make decision on operational activities and set strategic goals. Prior to that, she worked as a Branch Manager at CITI Finance Bank and as a Legal Officer at Dayo Adekola Associate. Since March 2022 she has been working as a health care assistant for Sevacare in order to get a ground up understanding of the domiciliary care business.
