    Paul is a versatile professional with extensive expertise in the business and finance world. He maintains a confident, clear communication style and is always looking to share his skills with others. Paul is confident and capable in the workforce. He has a diverse business background ranging from Procurement while at McLaren Racing to Payroll and Revenue Manager for several companies in the energy sector. His decision to start a Sylvian Care franchise with his brother, despite a lack of prior experience, speak volumes to his commitment. Paul studied law at Kingston University and is currently working towards an impressive ACCA qualification.

    Daniel is an experienced professional who brings impressive public relations, management, and teamwork skills to the table, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Financial Services and certificates in CII Insurance. He and his brother recently decided to become entrepreneurs, venturing outside their prior business and insurance backgrounds to open a home care franchise with Sylvian Care Franchising. Despite their lack of healthcare experience, Daniel remains highly motivated and has the drive to make this franchise successful.
