Our team of dedicated carers is supported by strong leadership with over 70 years of experience in care between ourselves. Our leadership team commit their time to everyday problem-solving and ensuring better care for seniors and their families.

  • Florin Racila

    Managing Director • Nominated Individual

    Florin has completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Similar as his wife, he felt a strong connection to health and social care and decided to pursue a career in this field in 2014. He has worked together with Alina for various care providers and completed NVQ Level 2, 3 and 5. He decided to join the Sylvian family and together with his wife Alina, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area in 2020.

    Managing Director • Care Manager

    Alina has a degree and master's in Tourism from ‘’Al. I. Cuza’’ University, Romania, however she felt a strong call towards care and pursued a career in health and social care instead. She started her career in 2014 and worked for various care providers acquiring experience in both domiciliary and residential sectors. She has progressed to a senior position and has completed NVQ Level 2 in 2015, Level 3 in 2017 and has completed Level 5 in 2021. In 2020 she decided to join the Sylvian family and together with her husband Florin, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area.
