    Alisha has many years of experience in the care sector, including Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse. Her skills and experience range from assessing patients in a forensic unit for admission to discharge, participating in performance evaluations for nurses and students, overseeing discharges, mentoring new staff, graduating registered nurses and ancillary staff, providing leadership to ensure quality of care delivery, supporting professional development for nursing staff and completing clinical tasks while adhering to defined Policies and Procedures. Alisha has many training certificates to indicate his knowledge and expertise in these areas and more.

    Registered Manager • Nominated Individual • Managing Director

    Jerry has approximately 17 years of experience in the care sector, including hospital nurse and Clinical Coordinator. His skills and experience range from coordinating shifts, medication administration, attending meetings, completing assessments, and supporting people with specialist person-centred care.
