  • Rebecca Lanigan

    Manager

    Rebecca Lanigan is an experienced Domiciliary Care manager, with a wealth of qualifications. Known for her enthusiastic, hands-on management approach, Rebecca excels in setting high standards and fostering a relationship-based care ethos within the team. Beyond her professional role, Rebecca has earned accolades such as the Gold Armed Forces Covenant Award in July 2023 for her outstanding contributions to both the military community and the healthcare sector.

    HR Manager

    Anca is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in social work and healthcare management. Anca was part of the initial team that founded Sylvian Care in 2014, then became the Care Manager at Sylvian Care in Bracknell. She further enhanced her skills by successfully completing the Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and now plays a pivotal role as our Human Resources Manager.
