Welcome To Our First Franchise Newsletter

We hope 2023 is off to a great start and that you are enthusiastically embracing the new year’s opportunities. Here at Sylvian Care, we have been busy with big plans for 2023 and we’re excited to share them with you!

This year, our goals are threefold; to increase our reach and expand our network, increase the number of hours delivered, and to invest in the rebranding of our company.

To start, we are hoping to grant another ten franchises, reaching 30 franchises by the end of 2023, furthering the reach of our services and skyrocketing our growth potential. With the incremental increase of our network, will come an increase in the number of hours delivered to those in need of home care across the nation.

Our second goal is to continue to invest in the support we are providing our franchise members. This means increasing engagement through weekly Collaboration Ctations and a monthly Managers’ Network. We will also welcome Glynis Mainwaring, currently the registered manager for Sylviancare Reading and Wokingham, who will be joining the franchise team this year as a franchise support. Glynis will be chairing the monthly Managers’ Network meetings and she will be focusing on supporting the franchise members with auditing and compliance and growing their business.
