Our team of dedicated carers is supported by strong leadership with over 70 years of experience in care between ourselves. Our leadership team commit their time to everyday problem-solving and ensuring better care for seniors and their families.

  • Steven Moore

    Managing Director

    Meet Steven, a professional and qualified social worker with extensive experience in children’s and adult social work services. With a background in initial assessment, child protection, court proceedings, and care package implementation and review, Steven is well-versed in the Strengthening Families and Signs of Safety models and is committed to continuing professional development.

    In addition to excellent written and communication skills, Steven has a strong ability to work independently and in a team, as well as the flexibility and motivation to meet agency deadlines. Steven has worked as an Advanced Social Worker for many local authorities and he holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work from the University of East London, a Social Work Consolidation Module from Royal Holloway University, a European Computer Driving Licence. Trust Steven to provide compassionate and effective care for your loved ones.

    Steven and Cecelia’s commitment to service users and her ability to work effectively with other professionals gives us the assurance that together they will run a successful home care business.

    Registered Manager • Nominated Individual

    Cecilia is a highly qualified and experienced social worker with a wealth of experience in working with both children and adults with a strong background in ensuring the safety and well-being of those in her care. Cecilia’s education includes a BA in Social Work from the University of East London and she is a NSPCC Graded Care Profile Trainer as well as a Social Work Practice Educator, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development.

    Cecilia has a diverse career history, starting as a domiciliary care worker before moving on to work with elder care and then children services. She has held various roles within social work. Her experience in these roles has allowed her to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge in the field of social work.

    As an Independent Practice Educator, Cecilia has also been responsible for directly supervising social work students in placement, assessing their suitability to practice and ensuring social work standards are always adhered to. This experience, combined with her work as a mentor and her involvement in promoting good practice with university tutors makes her well-suited to lead and teach others in the field.
