    With a wealth of experience in domiciliary care, Gabriela is a dedicated professional passionate about delivering exceptional care services. Her journey began as a care assistant, honing her skills and compassion in providing vital support to individuals in need. She later transitioned to a care coordinator role, showcasing her organisational acumen and commitment to top-quality care. In 2019, fuelled by her dedication to making a meaningful impact, Gabriela, along with her sister-in-law Alina, founded the Sylvian Care Bracknell and Ascot Franchise, offering person-centred care solutions. Her commitment to growth is evident through her completion of a Level 5 Management in Adult Social Care in 2020, equipping her to lead effectively. As an integral part of the Sylvian Care franchise network, Gabriela upholds her unwavering dedication to individual well-being, making her a valuable asset in the care community.
